Este madrile\u00f1o de apellido catal\u00e1n, sali\u00f3 de Espa\u00f1a el mismo d\u00eda que Luis Rold\u00e1n, pero a diferencia del Director general de la Guardia Civil, su destino no era un secreto para nadie. Ven\u00eda a trabajar a la Representaci\u00f3n permanente de Espa\u00f1a ante la Uni\u00f3n Europea en tiempos agitados y emocionantes para el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Instalado aqu\u00ed se cas\u00f3 y form\u00f3 familia, y con el tiempo que sus deberes profesionales y personales le dejaban comenz\u00f3 a cultivar su pasi\u00f3n: el f\u00fatbol.
