cualitativa y cuantitativamente en la igualdad entre&nbsp;hombres y mujeres, en el mercado laboral a\u00fan subsisten barreras de g\u00e9nero en las relaciones contractuales que repercuten en los salarios, la duraci\u00f3n de los empleos, e incluso en las pensiones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El estudio Women in Business 2017 muestra que en la UE, s\u00f3lo uno de cada tres ejecutivos es mujer, y esa
