AFEM?<br>2-Estados membros e eurodeputados estao actualmente a debater uma proposta de legisla\u00e7ao para proteger as mulheres vitimas de violencia e harmonisar as sanc\u00e7oes.<br>A proposta j\u00e1 foi votada na comissao parlementar europeia<br>Quais s\u00e3o os objetivos gerais da lei?<br>Vamos falar dos diferentes aspectos da proposta:<br>Quer tambem harmonisar as defini\u00e7oes da violencia contra as mulheres<br>Quer dar defini\u00e7oes: da viola\u00e7ao, <br>Do ciberharcelamento<br>Das mutila\u00e7oes genitais femininas<br>Quer harmonizar as san\u00e7oes (por ex. a viola\u00e7ao 8 anos de prisao)<br>Melhorar o acompanhamento das vitimas e a preven\u00e7ao<br>Assegurar uma assitencia juridica e social gratuita, assistencia telefonica permanente<br>Da uma defini\u00e7ao das capacidades de alojamento das vitimas (1 por cada 10 000 habitantes)<br>3-Quais s\u00e3o os pontos de desacordo no debate a nivel europeu?<br>Exclusao da viola\u00e7ao (considerado infrac\u00e7ao penal, mas ha j\u00e1 legisla\u00e7ao contra os abusos contre menores\u2026)  <br>Posi\u00e7ao da Fran\u00e7a\u2026 outros paises?<br>Entretanto a diretiva foi aprovada pelo Conselho
